There'n Back the RV is a 2007 Travel Supreme Envoy 42 foot tag axle motor home.
She weighs in at just over 16,000 lbs and is 13 feet above the road and 8.5 feet wide (It seems like she is 20 feet wide when you are heading into some toll booths). She has a 400 Cummings diesel engine and a 10 kilowatt Onan generator along with a 2,000 watt inverter. She has a full basement with pull out trays. On the back end she carriers a hydraulic lift tray large enough to carry 2 motor scooters or a golf cart (apparently Viv's has decided that it can't carry a Harley). She has a 10,000 pound towing hitch that will pull the KIA Soul that we bought. She has 8 X 22.5 inch Michelin tires (I will be looking for donations when I have to replace them). She has 100 US gallon diesel fuel capacity with 40 gallon propane tank. So far she averages 5.8 miles to the gallon (for all those not quick at math about fifty cents a mile). Water capacity is a 100 US gal and a 60 gallon grey water tank and a 60 gallon black water tank. Water heater is 10 gallons. She sleeps 2 in a queen size bed but in a pinch she can add 2 more on a fold down bed (it will be a big pinch). Full bathroom and nice kitchen with 3 burner stove and convection microwave oven. 4 door refrigerator with ice maker and an additional freezer in the basement. She has a nice comfortable dinette and chesterfield with a tip out foot rest. The driving seats are both 6 way power with a power foot rest on the passenger side. The passenger seat swings around to face into the living area when stopped. There is a nice cozy fireplace and a 42 inch flat screen TV that electrically lifts up from behind the fireplace. A surround stereo is there with a Kingdome follow me satellite receiver and antenna. The driver is provided with back up camera, side cameras that turn on when you put the turn signal on and a CB (10-4 rubber ducky, Viv will be doing all the talking on that). I really enjoy the comfort of this thing. It sure beats laying on the ground camping. There is a large awning that is electrically controlled and has a high wind sensor. Each window also has an awning. Plus an electric awning over the entrance way. This is riding around in style. When the four slides are open the rooms are really big and comfortable. I am hoping we get many years of use out of this rig. TOP of my page
